Terms & Conditions: By purchasing an annual Camping Pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions: This pass grants non-exclusive access to designated campsites, subject to availability and compliance with all resort rules and regulations. Passholders must be at least 25 years old, and valid photo identification may be required at check-in. All stays must be reserved in advance; the pass does not guarantee campsite availability without a confirmed reservation. The pass is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase, is non-transferable, and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Usage is limited to 20 nights across both resorts during the valid pass year. If you exceed this limit, you agree to be charged the prevailing public rate for each additional night and authorize the resort to back-charge your payment method accordingly. Campers must observe all posted guest and vehicle limits. Check-in and check-out times must be followed; late departures may result in penalties or suspension of pass privileges. Passholders must comply with all campground rules, including but not limited to quiet hours, campfire safety, pet guidelines, and proper trash disposal. Reservations must be canceled in accordance with our posted cancellation policy; repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to suspension or revocation of pass privileges. Misuse of the pass or violation of resort rules may result in temporary or permanent revocation of the pass. In most cases, a warning will be issued before revocation unless the conduct is severe or repeated. Use of the pass is at your own risk; by entering the properties, you assume responsibility for your safety and belongings and release the resort from liability for injury, loss, or damage. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the pass constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
